My ball joint broke and I was with out a car. Got a appointment in with JK Auto and he told me that the parts would be there at 345 pm the day of my appointment and I a hour and a half my car was ready to pick up. Excellent service and reasonable prices. I will definitely go there again.
We were near Antigo for a dog sled event pulling a trailer of our fur babies when we realized our one ton pickup had no breaks! We needed help! However, it seemed we were out of luck on a Monday morning. All auto repair places in town were slammed including JK. But Jeremy did us a solid and stopped what he was doing and got us in for emergency service so we could get back on the road. I recently moved to the area so I posted on ask merrill asking recommendations for an honest mechanic. A lot of people said 64 but I drive by there all the time and it looks like they get plenty, plenty of business and customers. I decided to go to JK Auto after recommendations to come here and when Ayla replied with a picture of the shops information.
