I called JK Appliance Repair for a refrigerator repair. They were very professional and courteous, and quickly found a time to have someone service my appliance (under 24 hours). The technician, Rohit, was excellent. Worked with my schedule, worked with my building security to come right to my door, and was able to identify the problem and fix it in under 1 hour. He even offered to give me a hand on another task after he repaired my fridge. Really going above and beyond, would easily use them again in the future.
I recommend JK appliances because they charged us exactly what they told us on the initial call-estimate for the diagnostic and the labor to repair our dryer . But most importantly the technician that came twice (Rohit) was very professional, skilled , polite and friendly . He showed up exactly at the time he confirmed he would come .
