These gentlemen are not only great repair people and installers, but polite and respectful people. These are the kind of people you want to give your business to. They got me a great deal on a dishwasher and same.day installed on a holiday weekend. I am.so very please with their workmanship, I can not even find the words to pass on how wonderfully they helped my family. They will be my go to appliance repair !!!!
Did they fix my stove, yes. Did they show up in the timeframe they gave me, no, not even close. Did they call me to let me know they would be late, no. Friday they came and diagnosed the problem, Monday they came back with the part and fixed the stove. Both days I had to put my life on hold, and wait for the service man to finally show up. Unprofessional. So they will fix your appliance, but be prepared to sit around all day waiting for the service man to show up. Will I use them again in the future, probably not.
