Kevin did excellent work. He expressly illustrated what needed to be done to remedy my situation. He actually assessed it from the initial diagnosis. As he was working on the duct install, he took time to provide me different scenarios and how he could approach the situation when faced with an issue; genuinely weighing the pros and cons of each.
