We have been with JK agency for a very long time( they were under another name previously). Michael & his team have been very good with regards to the owner & tenants, alike. Gemma Crawford who has been my relationship manager for nearly 4 years(?) has been nothing short of exceptional. Her attention to detail & the service & follow ups provided, each & every time is noteworthy. I would highly recommend the firm & believe me, it certainly makes your life a lot easier, as a landlord!
I have been a substantial property owner for over 40 years. Some tenants and properties have been more difficult than others. In all my years I have never come across such a professional and efficient property manager. Funds arrive always on time, they have fantastic array of repairers who are always more than reasonable with costs and handle all Tennent's fairly and professionally so I have no worries,. I could not recommend this company high enough .
