Probably the most horrific realestate agency I have ever experienced. JK in particular, used an unprofessional, rude, and avoidant manner when communicating (which was when she could even be bothered respond to our ongoing concerns). If you want a terrible realestate agent this is the one for you!
I wish I could give no stars. This was hands down the WORST property manager I have ever dealt with. Not only is the agency is rude, aggressive and difficult to communicate with, we were forced to pay money we did not owe. We fought this for months, in the end it was easier to pay it then to have to deal with communicating with them, even though they could not provide us with any proof of any payment being missed. Extremely dodgy!
If you're renting through this agency, just know you're in good hands. (I don’t say this lightly.) My key card got demagnetised and the whole office hustled to help me get back into my apartment, which if you’ve been renting for a while - you know that usually isn’t what happens. A special shout out to Gemma who consistently checked on me after hours to make sure I got in or whether she could arrange something. Thanks so much team!
