This company is a whole joke called over a load gave them an exact time when driver can pick up broker just made a whole joke about it, i recorded the call and reported broker JJT is a joke
Ive used JJT for a a while now at-least three times a week on average. I had a question about a delivery and Ray was incredibly unprofessional on the phone. I would have expected so much better from a company I use so often. Im very disappointed in the customer service I received as well, He was not aware of the website I used to schedule the delivery as well and was denying anything I said. He also denied that I had an order at first. I would stray away from using JJT Logistics.
They will under pay you on loads without communicating to you that there is an issue. Underpaid us due to no tracking even though we were not sent a tracking link, and it was never communicated that there was an issue. When I tried to reach out to them to get this fixed I was hung up on and emails are ignored.
