They will under pay you on loads without communicating to you that there is an issue. Underpaid us due to no tracking even though we were not sent a tracking link, and it was never communicated that there was an issue. When I tried to reach out to them to get this fixed I was hung up on and emails are ignored.

This company stole $50 from me with the justification that I had not had tracking turned on for 100% of the trip. When I went to collect my money, they told me that they could not pay me the full amount because I had only been tracking for 50% of the trip, even though I spoke to them and asked them on several occasions if everything was okay because it was a system that I did not know.
