Came out promptly to remove a giant tree-sized pine branch and other downed debris. I called them, they came out next day for a free estimate, which was 50% cheaper than the other company that came out, AND they were able to return the next day to get the job done. Fantastic.

My husband and I just moved out to VA from AZ, and bought a house in Portsmouth. Unfortunately the previous owners did not care for the trees on our property, and during a rain storm we had a huge branch from a tree hit the house. We called J & J. Jonathan came out did an estimate and within a week all my trees were trimmed, over grown foliage was removed or cut back. The guys were GREAT! The kindest person I have ever met. Called on a very early Sunday morning with a branch that came down the day before. He got here within the hour and took it down without questions. Also gave me advice on other trees surrounding the house. Absolutely saving their number for a future big project.

These guys were very professional and worked very swiftly to get 5 trees trimmed all around our house that were hanging over our house and fence from the neighbors side. A portion of our old wood fence was snipped off but these gentlemen even fixed that as well. When I do business with independent contractors, these are the experiences I am looking for and they go over and beyond for customer service.

Changed price on me destroyed 40 feet of privacy fence and left a mess in my yard. Charged me $1000.00 for 1 tree limb that was protruding over my property. A year later I hired a good company that went 120 feet across my back yard taking limbs that were over my house from neighbors yard took 2 trees completely down in 3 hours for 1730.00. I hired this company because I thought being a smaller operation they would be less costly.
