Years ago had a very disappointing experience with this company. Would never trust them to visit my home again. Lots of plumbers out there. Look elsewhere!! In response, I just hope you have better practices these days with local residents of Maple Ridge than you have had in the past, for everyone’s sake. I'm very disappointed with JJ Plumbing. I am giving them 1 star for the initial visit they were able to fix our shower, but we have had a constant drip for weeks now, and it is now getting worse. I called and she told me she would call me back, but after many messages and emails I have not receive any responses, I even had my husband call she also told him she would call him back the next day he never heard back. Austin was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable! He had answers to all our questions and was very helpful. Will be using them again in the future.
They installed my new dishwasher. They were quick very professional and helpful. Will definitely be using them again.
