Currently 5 weeks into Jack’s In-Season Program. Safe to say it’s the strongest and the fittest i’ve ever felt. Having an organised gym plan and nutrition tracker also makes life a lot easier and time efficient. Got another 19 weeks left in the program, super keen to see my level of footy and general health only go up from here.
Hard to put into a few sentences how amazed I am by the results of JJ's preseason program. I had been in the gym for a long time and my fitness was good, but the structure of the program and the built in progression meant I developed very quickly in areas where I'd plateaued. Everything translated perfectly to the field. Round 1 this weekend, playing 2 grades up on last year. Says it all - wouldn't have happened without the program. Can't recommend it enough.
I have been with the JJ’s app for the whole 24 week process and have become the fittest and strongest I have ever been. I say enough how much I recommend this app. It is tailored to you. The Instructional videos have been a game changer and if you are looking to take your footy serious I would highly recommend it.
After spending 6 months overseas and only having 8 weeks of preseason, Jack's program has got me up and running again. The app is super easy to use and has kept me accountable with workouts and nutrition. Highly reccomend!
Jack has been great for me, hes given me a in depth meal plan and an in depth gym, running and skills plan which has allowed me to take my game to the next level, could not speak more highly of him, would definitely recommend
