Finding a shop that knows how to work on a Mini Cooper can be tough, but Joe took care of me right away. They did a full diagnostic, repaired the urgent issues, and honestly told me what could wait. Their customer service is amazing. They never made me feel like a hassle when I brought the car back for quick follow-ups. The prices are fair and reflect their expertise. It is not cheap, but it is not overpriced either. You truly get what you pay for. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be back!

For the past two summers I been struggling on my AC from my 2015 Tahoe LTZ. I literally changed compressors at least five times already along with condensers expansion valves etc etc and I can honestly say I have no luck. It's been a struggle, especially from my two kids. I was at the point to call the bank to tell them pick this vehicle up, at least four/five guys took a look at it and they couldn't figure it out. Finally, someone recommend me to JJ's Auto. (5/12 /26 dropped off truck) What an outstanding shop I dealt with Jose very knowledgeable and honest, explained what services I needed and relied on his experience. Very welcoming shop that listens makes great suggestions. 5 Stars this is the only place I will be taking my vehicles. If your looking for an honest and reliable mechanic then just come to JJ's and talk to Joe! Coming here will be worth it in the long run! I took my car in and they drove me home so I didnt have to call a taxi. $150 for the diagnoses and then they itemized each part, labor and made the process super easy!
