Finding a shop that knows how to work on a Mini Cooper can be tough, but Joe took care of me right away. They did a full diagnostic, repaired the urgent issues, and honestly told me what could wait. Their customer service is amazing. They never made me feel like a hassle when I brought the car back for quick follow-ups. The prices are fair and reflect their expertise. It is not cheap, but it is not overpriced either. You truly get what you pay for. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be back!

I had a new battery put in, and it got drained before I got to the J chain, to drop off the car and I got a tow truck, they came and they sent me a lift driver to get me to my hotel to stay overnight, and they're picking me up in the morning, and Samantha is an incredibly awesome person taking care of their customer service and she does a 100% 5 star job. Came here to get my Acura worked on and to have my engine replaced, JJ and the staff were very informative and respectful! I was in and out within a week of having it towed here. Very good customer service and I highly recommend it here🙏🏼
5 Stars this is the only place I will be taking my vehicles. If your looking for an honest and reliable mechanic then just come to JJ's and talk to Joe! Coming here will be worth it in the long run! I took my car in and they drove me home so I didnt have to call a taxi. $150 for the diagnoses and then they itemized each part, labor and made the process super easy!
