Jimmy and Joey at JJs automotive were honest, communicative, professional and efficient. Our Truck roof was fading and Joey told me exactly what the job would consist of and delivered a finished product exactly as described. Jimmy gave me an expected time frame and had my truck ready for pick up on time! We are happy with the paint job and impressed with the service. We recommend JJs! Thank you.

I waited 2.5 weeks to get a bumper replaced, and was told 1.5 weeks ago that the part was in. Dropped it off, begged a ride back to Chimayo, and got a call that the bumper would be in Monday. At least they gave me a refund without argument.
I would never in my life time take my vehicle to this place. Our car was never repaired right Joey Montoya said he put on new parts he did not. He did not follow the insurance estimate. It took Joey over 4 months to finish our vehicle and we still had to take it back for repairs because Joey said the parts aren't in. I have called Joey but he avoids my call. I had an amazing experience with JJ's Automotive! My car was in a small accident but needed paint and a cracked bumper repaired. Joey and his team did an incredible job. My car looks brand new again! The paint job was flawless, and you can't even tell the bumper was ever damaged. They were professional, honest, and got the work done on time.
