If in the market for a used vehicle, I would definitely check them out. It is hard to find anyone who is honest and does what they say they will do anymore. At JJ's they do both of those things.
Purchase at least 3 vehicles from JJ. Price kinda high to me but cars I purchased was dependable. JJ kinda hard to catch up with sometimes.... Busy, negotiable,helpful, respectful, friendly & helpful guy....
Which shop did the repair? Update: he refunded my money. Just do a thorough check on the car before you drive 2.5 hours home and have to bring it back, not once but twice. Bought a civic and didn't make it home. Had to stop halfway because the overflow lid blew off, causing me to find the issue-- blown head gasket. Took it back and instead of fixing the issue the thermostat was removed. Had to take it back but he did give me full refund. I just want rhe next guy to pay attention and have a mechanic look it over before commit... read more
