This company overcharged my family on our stay at my sister’s tournament at a Hampton Inn. We found out that we were being scammed after we discussed to the hotel manager on the small size of our room compared to the cost of it. We requested a change of hotel room to a larger one and they gave us pay rates that were cheaper than what we paid for a regular room. This group for the 2nd year put us up at a $300 a night hotel room, no breakfast for adults, and paid parking in hotels that are the equivalent of a Motel 6. This stay to play is a scam and a shame on how they make money off the backs of soccer families.
Good initial experience with trying to resolve a bank claim issue. After no resolution, I have been informed that there is nothing they can do. They are not willing to communicate with their bank and say "hey this claim was rejected, when will we get the money back". It appears that their 15 years of experience is not sufficient to handle financial issues.

We had to book through this company for a recent soccer tournament. Bad weather made us cancel our trip. They charge upfront for the entire stay despite not being charged by the hotel until guests checkout. Also, the room rates charged were substantially more expensive than the rate if one was to book on their own. They would not refund any money even though they were not charged by the hotel. Beware of booking and read the fine print
