We had an initial conversation with Reid before getting our flooring done. He was very friendly, took his time with us, and never made us feel pressured. He explained everything clearly, including how long the process would take. Reid managed to fit us in quickly and got everything started without delay. He even came back afterward to make sure we were happy with the work. The fitter, Mark, was extremely efficient, he arrived every morning at 7am and worked until 7pm. We are extremely pleased with the herringbone engineered wood flooring installed by JJRM along living room, hallways and kitchen. The flooring looks stunning, and the team was highly professional throughout the process. Josh provided excellent support with prompt and clear communication. Reid guided us through the sample selection and helped us choose the perfect option. Joe and his team did a fantastic job with the installation. It was well worth it, and we highly recommend JJRM.
