We had an initial conversation with Reid before getting our flooring done. He was very friendly, took his time with us, and never made us feel pressured. He explained everything clearly, including how long the process would take. Reid managed to fit us in quickly and got everything started without delay. He even came back afterward to make sure we were happy with the work. The fitter, Mark, was extremely efficient, he arrived every morning at 7am and worked until 7pm. We recently had our downstairs Kitchen Flooring completed by JJRM Flooring. We had opted for Amtico LVT Flooring and we are beyond impressed with their level of quality and customer service. Jos had walked us through the different design flooring options we could do, we had settled for Amtico herringbone with a border and design strip. I think the biggest thank you is to the fitters at JJRM Flooring Dave and Jamie who worked tirelessly to ensure quality was always at the forefront of their priorities.
Easily the best flooring company in London I’ve spoken to. Great people and a fantastic ethos to quality. We had enquired about some Amtico flooring, specifically Royal Oak. We were super impressed with Ried’s knowledge on the trade and the process his team would be quoting for ensuring we get the best finish possible, and voila!
