Jjn electrical was contracted by Metricon to move and re-install air conditioning units that were on the roofs at a block of 120 townhouses while Metricon contractors repaired the leaking roofs. Jjn electrical was informed that the air conditioner wasn’t working properly when re-installed. The 80 year old owner could smell a gas funny smell and it was making weird sounds.
