We met Josh about a year ago when we had an emergency project before we moved into a home we had just purchased. The home inspector found that the footings under a large addition had rotted and the room was at risk of falling off the house. Josh came out to look at the situation on almost no notice and had a crew at the site to make the necessary repairs within a few days. He and his crew were thorough, neat and did excellent work. Josh finished our walk up attic to a lovely space.
Josh did a spectacular job refinishing our mahogany floors and Venetian plaster walls at our house. This was a large complicated project that was completed on time, within budget and to our complete satisfaction.Great company to work with.
Josh constructed a new home office addition on my home. Came out amazing, and you can't even tell it isn't original to the house.
I used Josh and JJM Builders for a small job at my home. He was excellent. Josh was knowledgeable, showed up on time, and treated the job with extreme care even though it was small. I will absolutely be using him in the future and recommend everyone else to do the same.
