Stephen deserves all five stars for the patient way he sorted out my heating problems. He turns up on time and explains what he is doing. His friendly and pleasant attitude is most welcome. I've used his services for a number of years and has never let me down. Totally reliable, and I always feel comfortable when he around. I highly recommend him.

Quick response to a combi boiler issue over a weekend! Found on internet Saturday afternoon, called him and sorted us out on Sunday morning! Really good service from starting conversation to diagnose the issue, outline the job and give us pricing options. Professional service. Will thoroughly recommend and definitely use again. Thanks

I messaged Stephen about an ongoing issue with my boiler and he came around to inspect it on the same day. He was very professional, transparent and articulated everything in a way I’d understand as a layman. He not only fixed my boiler problem (which other companies couldn’t fix even with multiple visits), he also kindly gave me professional advice on other items worth looking at in future - without any upselling or pressure. I can’t recommend this company enough. 5 star service and manners.

Our boiler started leaking Jan 2025. Phoned JJK services and Ste came round the same day. Gave us the option of repair or new boiler. We went for new boiler and Ste fitted it within a couple of days. Excellent friendly service, clean and tidy work. Service was due this year. Rang Ste he remembered us, and came to service within a couple of days. Excellent service once again thank you

Excellent service ⭐️ we called ste when our boiler had a major leak and he came the same day. After checking the boiler and giving all our options we decided to have a new boiler fitted. TWO days later ste came to fit the boiler and was so professional and so tidy! Such a nice guy and left us with all the information we needed on how to use the boiler and the hive heating system! I would definitely recommend using there device again and will be using them to service my boiler every year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
