My washer ended up having three problems rather than just one. He was prompt, communicated well, and had very fair pricing. He was able to find a refurbished part for my old washer. I am grateful to have it repaired. He was efficient and fair.
I can not explain the level of integrity and honesty! Viorel is next level with patience and knowledge! He called to follow up after to make sure all was well with the work he performed and is extremely reasonable! I would be glad to recommend him to all!
Had an unusual problem with our stackable washer / dryer. Viorel was relentless in solving the water blockage. Came out once to assess the issue, NO CHARGE!!! Came back and miraculously fixed the problem with a lot of strenuous, hard work at a reasonable price. Won't ever go to anyone else in the future.
Incredibly kind, and great to work with. Viorel and team have helped me on a couple different occasions with household appliances. Specifically, I was having issues with my stove igniter, and later my clothes dryer. After visiting to troubleshoot, their team was able to track down the exact parts needed in both instances. Service was quick, and pricing was reasonable. Would very much recommend JJJ Appliance Repair!
Mr. Viorel is the best. He will tell you what could be done for the appliance in question. If it is fixable and if it is advisable to fix or replace. I would go to them every time. Very honest company that looks out for its customers. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
