JJG sliced my tire during installation with the machine and bent my rim. Said the tire was like that from the factory. I got a second option from a different tire shop who confirmed that it was a textbook damage from a tire shop’s machine. JJG didn’t own responsibility and didn’t offer to pay for their mistake. Let someone else (the factory) take the blame. That’s called stealing.
Mala experiencia son muy déspota
Pésimo servicio las personas son bien groseras no son respetuosas jamás volvería a ir ahí para que me traten de estupido solo porque no sabía el número de mi llanta Terrible service, the people are very rude, they are not respectful, I would never go there again to be treated like an idiot just because I didn't know my tire number.
They seem more interested in hanging up the phone than trying to make a sale. Needed a tire, wasn’t on the line for more than 20 seconds before they dropped the call and didn’t pick back up.
