The most fun you can have working out! Great group of people, lots of energy and its outside. Classes are super affordable, and if you want to go solo, you can get tailor-made personal training sessions.

I just returned from my annual doctor check. My doc said, «Why are you here?» What do you mean? I replied. Joe’s knowledge and encouragement has helped to make these workouts part of my regular routine. In fact, I look forward to my next workout each time because he is always making it different and new. I have noticed positive changes overall. I would encourage anyone to work with Joe!
