if I could give no stars, I would. yesterday without giving me any notice their driver went home 3 hours early. and the manager tells me that it is my problem and I have to find my own way home, after already PAYING FOR MY RIDE IN ADVANCE. Now today I am now sitting outside my work 45 minutes after my pickup time and if I did not call them literally 10 times I would not have known that the driver was going to be incredibly late. this company is unprofessional and the way they handle their business is disgusting.
I can't speak for the company as a whole, but I can most definitely speak about the driver that had my information to pick me up. And oooo boy, how disgustingly messy that whole thing was. First, no one ever told me it was like a ride share service. If I did, I would have declined because my severe anxiety would not like other people in the vehicle.
