Beth is very capable, a great communicator, & provides the best customer service I've ever had at a car-related business. Also, she's very experienced at dealing with insurance companies. They did a great job on my vehicle.
Words cannot describe how pleased I am with the quality, craftsmanship, and service of this place. Communication was great, and they far exceeded my expectations. I was in a pinch and they helped me out greatly. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. A parked car pulled out in front me and I needed a new bumper, fender, and headlight. After waiting months for a check from the other driver’s insurance company (we all know how that goes…) it was time to find a body shop. JJC was the first one I talked to and they made it so easy. They worked with the estimate from the appraiser and all had to do was sign the check over, they took care of the rest.
