I’ve rented from them for almost 3 years and there is always a problem with the building or my apartment. I’ve come home from work and been locked out of the whole building because my key fob suddenly doesn’t work (at least 6 times this has happened). In the middle of summer the AC stops working for weeks with no communication about it getting fixed. I have rented with JJB for over a year now and I absolutely love their apartments at The Washington, they are extremely cozy, clean and it is a very well maintained property. The staff is amazing and very helpful, Josh is super friendly and anything you need is well taken care of! I have no complaints, and my experience with them has been nothing but great thus far! Highly recommend!!

I lived in a house owned by this company in 2020 and still have not received my security deposit back. I have been emailing and calling for now 2 years and have been reassured time after time again, excuse after excuse that they would be getting it back to me. Each time I have threatened to get in touch with my lawyer, and now this time around I'm going to have to. I should not have to chase a company for my security deposit. So unbelievably unprofessional, careless, and slimy. Do not lease with these people.
