Great warranty station.. I have a pool service company and sent them to my customer and they took great care of them.. They gave us a date for that repair and took care of it quickly... Will always use them for our warranty work.
JJB overhauled our entire pool area, from adding a spa, waterfall, and extending our cage to replacing all equipment and adding new marble decking. They are a family run company that you can truly count on to communicate and stand by their work. Almost two years later, I’m still so happy with our entire outdoor area! 10/10 Recommend!
They repaired my salt system promptly and were awesome to deal with. The tech was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything that was needed to me in detail, which I really appreciated. I had a pool light go out under warranty and JJB pools was sent to fix the light. They texted ahead of time and told us what day they would come, they texted that morning to let me know when they would arrive and they arrived as promised. These guys know their stuff! Super friendly, polite, and they replaced the light very quickly. I highly recommend them for all your pool issues!
Professional, informative, good pricing. Would definitely recommend!! I really appreciated that the techs took the time to answer all my questions. Also, best pricing for my pool pump install… and I did a lot of searching, and this company has the good rep to back it up.
