Positive JJ was friendly, punctual for the appointment and competitively priced. Negative Issue arose when cleaning products used damaged internal car trim leaving water mark type staining. When asked about staining, rather than being truthful about causing the damage and offering a fix, he said marks were already there. When he was asked to fix the damage he used a heavy solvent product that caused to the paint to be removed from the trim.
