I had a Dalkin 48K unit with five heads installed in February 2024. The system started failing in early December 2024, after very minimal usage (due to travels and weather not requiring use). The same issue (low refrigerant) has occurred multiple times since and has not been functioning since April 2025 due to lack of communication by this company. I have reported them to BBB and they have ignored them as well. I would consider another company if you are considering an installation by this company, which does not do its own ... read more

JJ&A were great to work with. In the span of one week, they quoted the replacement of my old hot water tank and boiler system and completed the installation of my new high efficiency combination boiler. The work was well executed and the communication through the project was excellent. We are very pleased with the whole experience.
