Javarris is the best person trainer in Southwest Florida. He is extremely motivational and encouraged me to lose the weight I needed to feel comfortable in skin. His classes are fun and high energy! Starting at 200lb, now 152.6, I can’t stop taking selfies. I went from a size 16 to a 4/6 in less than a year using his meal plan and attending JJ5 Fitbootcamp. Trust the process!
