I was really shocked when I came here to buy insurance for my house and car when a friend introduced me to this place. The person who greeted me was a woman who had absolutely no sympathy, no tact, no respect for customers and they did not want to listen to what customers needed. This has been the worst experience dealing with any type of agent. The women in the office are so condescending and rude. I’ve owned my own business for 18 years, never had any type of issues or claims. I was dropped by this agent with no explanation or heads up as to why. It’s been several months and still have gotten no explanation. They only dropped my GL policy and not my auto which prevents me from signing with another agent until my auto policy expires. Th
