I visited this shop for help with a tire issue. Waited by the register for five minutes without acknowledgment, then approached a staff member who greeted me abruptly. Despite explaining my problem, received a dismissive response: “You gotta wait 15 minutes.” Disappointing lack of professionalism and courtesy. Went to another tire shop called “Tires Plus” right after which was less than a minute away. They quickly attended to my needs and started the repair work within minutes. Quite a different experience from here.
