They don’t listen to your request! They don’t seem to understand when you ask not to cut the length short, despite clearly specifying the desired length and emphasizing the importance of preserving the original style.

First time my husband got the best cut ever. Should have taken down her name. Went there yesterday and just wanted his hair trimmed for a party this weekend. I should have known when she started and ended with the clippers (as the first time he got it cut the lady mainly did a scissor cut ear up), but she literally buzzed his hair so short he looked like he was in the military, did not blend tope and sides so it looks like a buzz on sides with a top separated from other hair. I recently took my 4-year-old daughter for her first haircut at that salon, and while the cut itself wasn't bad, what happened next was completely unacceptable. Despite my explicit request to avoid using heat styling tools, the stylist proceeded to iron her hair for styling. I'm extremely disappointed and upset that my instructions were ignored, especially when it comes to my child's sensitive hair. Needless to say, I won't be returning to that salon again for my daughter!!
