Horrible barber
Been going to this shop for years. Had a very negative experience here last time. I’ll go back but there is one auntie there who I will never get a cut from again.
I’ve been coming to this salon for years because Jasmine does a good job with my cut and highlights. Even when she’s in one of her moods, I’ve let it slide. But Jennifer’s behavior has been consistently rude, and this last visit was the final straw. I’ve seen Jennifer yell at customers and talk down to them, making the whole place uncomfortable. When my son and I arrived 13 minutes late for his 4 PM appointment — after calling ahead — she looked at the clock and immediately yelled, “YOU’RE LATE!” in front of a packed salon. ... read more
Hairstylist bore a grudge about a comment made months ago by my kid about not liking the hairstyle she cut because it was too short. A couple of days ago she openly showed her displeasure towards my spouse when requested to trim my kid’s hair a little shorter and proceeded to remind my spouse of the long passed incident and stated she would not trim shorter! Worst salon experience ever. The staff were unprofessional, inattentive, and did not listen to my requirements. The service was rushed, and the final result was very disappointing. I expected much better quality for the amount charged. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Definitely needs improvement in customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
