We woke up one morning, and our outside lamp post did not work. We contacted J & J and they responded almost immediately to arrange a time to come out and look at our problem. I am happy to say that Josh, Nick and Chaz were very friendly & respectful. They explained what they were doing and gave us options all along the way. I would definitely call them for any future electricity needs. They were reasonable and honest. That is really what you want in someone coming into your home to fix something.
Great service!! Nick & Chaz (& Josh) were great in getting the problem with switches fixed and operating & a new light installed. Very professional, quick and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend them for any electrical work you need done.
A great company with excellent, knowledgable employees, who are very detailed oriented and respectful of you and your home. Owner is wonderful to do business with. If you need electrical work, choose J & J. You can't go wrong and you will not be disappointed. This job they just did, was light and wiring installation. The last time they installed a Generac generator and they did an awesome job.
Josh was professional and finished installation earlier than anticipated. Great customer service!
