Not great
Very slow it’s sad. They are very rude as if they do not want to work and waiting for me to leave. I gave this place three chances and they failed every time. Lost a person who is usually loyal. Sad.
Like going to this place, and Johnny and wife are very friendly and always great you when you come in the place.
Horrible service and poorly done pedicure. The woman put so much polish that after drying for 30 minutes, it still smudged on the way home. She also did not clean the nail properly and I couldn't get white toes because of it. Horrible and very rude when you ask her to fix errors!! $30 for garbage service. Never returning.
This review is looong overdue, but a dozen people complimenting me on my nails so far prompted me to stop and right/write this review (pun intended). I have utilized this salon's services since moving to Harlem 7 years ago. And although all the nail techs there are good Ms. Cindy simply Slays. My experience with this Great Lady is like when you've eaten hamburgers all your life until you realize you'd really prefer steak because you had it prepared right.
