J & J Services increase our weekly dumpster service by 72% in just two years. When we told them we wanted to cancel the contract, they immediately offered a 20% discount. If they could offer me a 20% reduction in the new increased price, they should have done that to start with. This is arbitrary and predatory pricing as they force you into a long term contract and know you’ll pay the price increases because the termination fee is also predatory. I just witnessed a garbage truck driver dump my apartments dumpster into his truck while spilling all kinds of trash into our parking lot and breaking multiple glasses bottles. There is now broken glass directly behind a neighbors car. He just drove away and left it. Completely unacceptable and disgusting.
