This company is absolutely amazing. I'm a first time renter and within less than a month of being in the home, I'm renting, the house flooded. FeceS traveled all through the house and into the garage. Although not available, this company and their wonderful specialist, Britt came out on a Saturday Just to ensure me and my sisters were able to utilize the facilities. J&J Septic Waste Service is "TOP NOTCH". I called about possible pumping needs based on googling indicators that your septic tank needs pumping (I had 3 out of 6 indicators). I called J&J, they confirmed the indicators and was able to schedule next day service. They were extremely friendly, professional, and most of all very knowledgeable.
