I remember when JJ's was a good and cheap store. Now, they've all all types of services, which by the way are very expensive and they don't have much inventory like they used to. One ballin was $16.99, ridiculous price. Found same balloon at party city for under ten dollars. Maybe the old JJ'S will come back!
Didn't visit the place but I have been there before and the variety for party supplies is more than expected. Lots to choose from.
