I received a quote for the removal of several small trees and shrubs, including removal of the roots. Unfortunately, they did not remove any of the roots from any of the trees or shrubs. They also charged me additional money for another shrub that was not included in the original proposal, which I agreed to as long as the roots were removed as well. Needed a job done, came within the week to give a free estimate, scheduled and did the job to accomodate the customers' time restriction. Lines of communication were always open - client's questions were readily addressed. Their job was more about accomplishing clients' goal that required more work time than anticipated (to which the additional cost was fair)! The job was completed and professional from start to finish, from accurate notice of arrival to thorough clean up in a timely fashion. Thank you!!!
