Having trouble on a road trip can be a nightmare but thanks to the wonderful professional service provided by JJ's auto care my troubles were short lived and solved quickly. JJs helped me out in an emergency situation, the personnel stayed open beyond closing time to help me and did not hastate to offer assistance in spite of the late hour. There is much to rave about JJs auto, but I’ll focus on the three things that stood out the most: 1) genuine customer care, 2) excellent communication, and 3) fair prices. Owner Charles was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend JJs to anyone who wants a positive and easy experience!
Bottomline: They missed that there was something wrong with the ABS in our sedan, let my husband drive an unsafe car off their lot, and weren’t diligent in returning my husband’s call even though he told the receptionist that he thought there was something still wrong with our sedan’s brakes after they “fixed” them.
