piss-poor doesn't even begin to explain how terrible of a nightmare it was working with "Johnny." he's barely at the shop (even when he says to come pick up the vehicle) and will mis-diagnose things in order to have you pay more & more and string you along. After having my vehicle for over 3 months and spending WAY more than initially quoted for everything, it's still not fixed.
