Form start to finish it was a perfect . Devin Stowell our sales consultant was excellent from start to finish explaining everything well , offering all options available for our roof, to doing a extra yard sweep for nails. Very nice and well educated in what he does. Then there was the crew that did are roof , from moving some stuff like solar lights to win chimes & some plants and a ceramic stand we forgot to move ,and putting them back. A gutter underneath a huge pine tree filled after one of our recent storms. It actually made the gutter come loose from the soffit. We had several roofers bid on the repair. JJ Roofers told us immediately that our roof was fine and all we needed to do is reattach the gutter. That is honesty! They didn't try to sell us a new roof or replace gutters. This saved us thousands of dollars! When the time comes that we do need a new roof, they will be the ones we call!
If you want a roofing company that is honest, trustworthy, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional use JJ Roofing and Restoration. I thought I had a major roof problem due to some spots on my ceiling. Turns out the problem could be fixed with a few minor repairs. Thank you! JJ Roofing knocked it out of the park. I was extremely uncertain of how the process work with regards to filing a claim and subsequent roof repair. I can tell you that Anthony and co were awesome from the get-go. He helped me file the claim, meet with our adjuster, and coordinate the roofing a gutter replacement.
