We had a roof leak earlier this year and reached out for an estimate on repairs. He came out as planned and took a look. It took a few days and phone calls for him to get back to us with an estimate. We agreed to the work and charge, he said a contract would be sent. We waited and nothing. Numerous calls, emails and texts went unanswered. He never showed up on the date he said he would. We turned down other roofers and haven’t been able to find someone now.
James gives roofer and contractors a bad name. I gave him three jobs he took a deposit on all three jobs and once he got the checks he never showed back up for months. I was able to get him to come and do one of the three but the work was so bad as you can see in the pictures. And now I can’t get him to do the other jobs he took deposits to do he won’t even call or text me back just stole the money. Just the worst company Iv ever delta with! STAY AWAY !!
We have worked with James on a house makeover that has taken the better part of a year. We chose James because of his reputation for quality work, and because frankly, James is a great guy. James went well beyond to make us happy. A refrigerator that we had ordered from Lowe’s showed up with a small ding in the door.
