Hey JJs, been trying to get in contact with you accounts department since January for some double payments to be rectified. You promised it would be done in April,its now July. Your services were great, until they werent. Nobody seems to want to talk to me, its getting to the stage where I'll put the bins on the curb and leave them there. Please contact me like yesterday to rectify it.

From Bayswater trophies Perth wa // Be very careful with this company check your accounts very carefully they will try to overcharge you email them if they overcharge you if they don't get back to you like they usually don't report them to ASIC or consumer protection they charged me $55 extra they call it a ministration fee on $105 per month bin the account was paid but they still charged me I will report them ASIC soon when the rep comes around when the contract is finished sucking up for me to sign up for another 12 months... read more

Been with JJs for almost a decade now with multiple bins including General Waste and Recycling and always found them to be fair and consistent. We have had excellent relationships with our drivers and sales managers. In particular Tim, one of the Balcatta drivers and Lexo our sales manager. In a competitive industry sometimes it is the people that make a difference! Would reccommend.
