They unable to picup my bins 6 times in 2026 eventhough I reached responsible person (AJ) They have had issues with drivers unfortunately I had been advised. What a joke
They missed 2 times waste removal. Nobody come since early this month. Sent multiple emails and called multiple times . No one responding. I will see if they are going to miss the third in a row.
Very poor communication from staff, requested a formal quotation for 2 bins and only got the written pricing down in an email. Then was promised bins to get delivered last Monday then last Friday then today; been a week and still no bin. No remorse from the company to give a free pickup or credit of any sort.
