They did a great job changing out an engine and brakes on my daughter's car.
J & J have been a Blessing. They know my vehicle and I know they will do what is necessary at a reasonable price. They are my "go to" servicer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is the best place !!! i drove 235 miles to take my 99 caddy to them and they did not disappointe me, the car drove fine and ran like it was brand new !!! the quality of work and the customer service is excellent i would recomend them to anyone and have no prob doing so. i will be driving the 3 hrs once or twice a year for them to do all the service to my car, it does also help that they are just a few mins from the great smokie mountains will be like taking a mini vacation every year :)
I have had many repairs done with J & J Quality Car Care since they opened and have been extremely satisfied with not only the quality of work, but the level of customer service. I have 3 cars..Cadillac,Buick, and Oldsmobile and will continue to have J & J Car Care service and maintain all of them. You can always trust them to tell you the truth. This place is a winner !!!
