I thought it was ununual when they asked me to give them a 5 star review and now I know why. They need these unreliable and pointless reviews to cover up their honest 1 star reviews. Believe every 1 star review you see. Especially regarding invalid RWCs on their cars. Had nothing but problems well before the 30 day RWC expired and ever since. Save your money and your life and go elsewhere!!
I am very happy with the service and second hand car that I purchased. I have had some warranty issues and also had an issue that was not part of the warranty and the guys at JJ was kind enough to cover half the cost of the non warranty items and they looked at and took care of the issues in a very quick and professional manner. I advise everyone who sees this dealership as an option to stay away, bought a bmw from them. Promised that they would get a full service done before handing it over to me and a full detail. 2 days into owning the car and its already having problems. Even though i had warranty and took the car back to them they aren’t doing anything to fix it and being extremely rude to me especially the greek bald salesman. Just whatever you do stay away.
