I brought my car in following the instructions from silverock 2 weeks after getting my car which seemed to be having problems. I told these people that I had 10 days left before my warranty expired in which they continued to tell me for almost 2 weeks that they put in my claim and waiting for approval. Come to find out when I finally called silver rock after no real updates from this shop, I was told that there was never a claim or even a single call from this “mechanic”.
