Exercise caution at this establishment. They appear very friendly initially, but that's where the positivity ends. They sold me a defective vehicle and then denied any responsibility. It’s important to be careful when engaging with them. I advise bringing a knowledgeable mechanic along and not believing everything they say. I erred in leaving with a car that was not functioning properly, which I had to continue paying for. Avoid repeating my mistake—be wise and take precautions.
Originally, when buying the car, we were very happy with the service and left a sparkling review, as follows, 'Efficient service. Max was very helpful and personable.'. However, since the sale we had many issues arise that needed sorting and without going into detail, I had very stressful days at the garage, having had to chase and chase. Got my first car absolutely brilliant. Some one rear ended me. Paid all the finance off an still paying for bumper insurance. Got another car an that's when the problem has started. I got the car paid deposit ect ect got the car home (about 5pm) the car didn't move from where I left it, next day dead battery was changed. Not happy - paid fullly for a Range Rover in November 2024 - car has problems and their phone systems do not connect to anyone. The warrant company they sold me is "warranty first" who when you look at companies house dissolved in September 2024!!! However Warrenty first (funny how they are both based in Peterborough) is still picking up calls. Do your own research on warranty first as I'm still researching them.
