This was my first experience with J&J plumbing and heating. Darnell promptly came to my house as scheduled. He explained everything to me so that I could understand it and I feel confident he will take good care of my HVAC needs going forward!
My heat stopped working on a Saturday afternoon, when it was 40 degrees and dropping. I called another firm and got an AI who couldn't help me. I called J$J and a real person answered! Darnell, my service technician was out within an hour to fix my furnace. You can't replace expertise and great customer service with a robot! Prices were reasonable for the visit and Darnell was friendly and courteous. I will definitely call them for anything in the future.
