John was unprofessional in person, on the phone, and over text. I have a new baby and multiple times I would return to my phone to find texts from John including "???" and "waiting". This would be only minutes after he would ask a question. He seemed to know what he was doing and offered us the best estimate so we went with him. He told us the work would take 8 days and that he charged a daily rate. We said ok, and I expected the daily rate to be for a full day of work. I've used JJ Heat and Air for several projects. John, is an expert at what he does and a friendly nice person to deal with. John installed our new HALO 5 water filter and conditioning combo. It's all in one attractive tank and delivers delicious clean alkaline water to every facet. We love it. It gives me great piece of mind to know we have the best filtration, our pipes and appliances are protected and the system was installed by a HALO Certified Partner. John came out quickly after calling so many other people. His level of professionalism and knowledge for what he does is unmatched. He found the issue quickly and I have heat again. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will definitely call for any other work needed. 10 out of 10
