My team and I attended lunch at J. J. Pfister for a corporate team lunch and every aspect of it exceeded our expectations! The food and drinks were incredible and at a very affordable price. We were seated in the barrel room which was the perfect spot for our large party. Colleen was incredible at coordinating everything for us and the whole team loved getting a quick private tour of the distillery from Clay. The flight tasting of all the J.J. items was amazing! Food was delicious and the portion sizes were shareable. The ambiance was great, we sat outside, and the service was incredibly friendly. Will definitely be back to try more of the cocktails offered!

This place is wonderful for some crafted cocktails and good food. The staff is always kind and accommodating. Sometimes the service is slow (10 minute wait for a drink), but there's only one bartender who is making a bunch of complex drinks so it's understandable. Some impatient people at the table near us were complaining to the server saying "where can I get better and faster service" and they handled the rude customers gracefully. Overall, it's a solid place. Would recommend ppl come and check it out the food hit the spot. Nice big window to see the big copper still pot. Of course all the spirits that are made in house, delicious cocktails and spirit flights

Neat place with lots of seating, good food and tons of spirits! Crispy chicken sandwich was tasty and kettle chips were a nice addition. $12 for a dozen 1/4 shot tastings was very fun! You can buy entire bottles of spirits to go.
