I had a side gate installed with a lock, but unfortunately the lock has never worked properly. It appears the installer had little to no experience with this type of work, as the overall quality was disappointing. I have tried contacting the business numerous times by both phone and text to have the issue resolved, but I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication and after-sales support has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

JJ Outdoors did our landscaping over three years ago. Initially, you won't notice any defects. However, after one or two years, some of the shortcuts they took start to become apparent. For example, the sleeper along the back fence was not bolted to the ground. As a result, it has lifted over time due to temperature changes and moisture soaking into the wood, causing it to expand.
