I gave this place 4 stars 4 years ago. I went back to visit and my experience was SO bad I had to come update my review. They had me waiting for over an hour with my nails soaking in remover. After my hands started turning colors I left. Customer service is horrible. The salon itself isn't the cleanest. Definitely went downhill!! I would NOT recommend this place!!!!! It's not worth the time!!!
We are from New Jersey. I fly to Tennessee to visit my family. My daughter had a gift card from this place for Mother’s Day. She haven’t time to redeem it, so we decided to take care of her nail and toes and I decide to get some work done also. I called and asked for GEL MANICURE AND REGULAR PEDICURE. When we arrived there was only 3 ladies inside, a lady who apparently takes care of the front ( black hair, Vietnam late 50’) a young lady for nails and an other mature (70’s) lady . Wonderful place very relaxing and great services the ladies treat you so well. And it has way better ventilation then most places highly reccomend
this was my 1st time here as I will say I am very pleased with the staff as well as the cleanliness of this establishment. they are fast and efficient for sure!! highly recommend!!
Was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! What made it the best was the nail tech Reana she loved what she was doing and you could see that in the art she created! Thanks Girlie! Your the Best!
